The information provided will be made available to business representatives and independant business representatives who will review the information you have provided.

This service is free and provided to business seekers ("users") without obligation.

Please note that each individual marketer, who obtains your information as a result of participating with this service, is responsible for their own actions and the information they choose to provide or not provide.. Before becoming involved or electing to join, or participate with any business or opportunity - no matter how it is described, make sure you understand what is required of you, that you understand the opportunity, how you will be compensated and start-up costs or fees -if any.

The service does not manage or screen data provided by any party or participant in the service, but only provides information to companies and marketers.

It is the sole responsibility of users of this service to validate and confirm any and all information provided by marketers who may contact you. If you have doubts about a business or opportunity, or are not qualified to properly evaluate the opportunity, please consult with a qualified business advisor before taking action or making an investment in an opportunity or business. Caveat emptor applies as the service does not pre-screen or pre-qualify businesses or individual marketers.

Please note that by using this service, you are hereby granting your permission and consent to be contacted by phone, email and postal mail. As a condition of use, you agree to provide accurate information including accurate contact information. You also agree and understand to be contacted by phone even if you have previously added or subsequently add your telephone number(s) to a no-call list and further agree to relinquish your right to be excluded from solicitation by telephone if your telephone number is on a no-call list. This agreement exempts the service and marketers from the rules and regulations of the FCC in respect to telephone solitications. If you wish to have your telephone number or email address removed from a marketers contact list, simply ask the marketer to do so. It is the marketer's responsibility to honor your opt-out request. Users and customers must agree to hold our service, supporting company, sponsors, directors, managers, officers, staff, and anyone who is connected or associated with this service or company harmless. If you do not agree to hold the service and company and associated individuals harmless, you do not have permission to use this service, associated services, or subsequently access any content or information provided by or through this service.

Service is provided on an as-is basis and does not issue, offer or grant any guarantee or warrantee as to suitability of purpose, management of data provided by "users", make any claim or provide a warrantee, suggest or imply that the service is suitable for any purpose or guarantee service availability. Users of the service agree to not atttempt to bring damages for any reason. However, should damages be awarded, the amount of damages can not exceed the value of one session of the service which is valued at 50 cents (US). Any action brought against this service may be only heard in court of that has jursidiction which is located in Paulding County, GA.

You will receive an autoreply that contains a service contact email address. No marketer is authorized to represent this service or any service provided by our managing company without first receiving written permission that can only be granted by an officer of the managing company who oversees the operation of this service.

The service will never ask users to provide personal information such as bank account numbers, or social security numbers or any data related to financial accounts, etc. The service will never ask for personal information by email or on a website that we operate, own or manage. Never provide personal information, banking information or account information or sensitive personal information such as a social security number to any individual unless you know that they can be trusted with such information and only after you have verified their identity. Never provide personal information by email or on websites that is not operating securely or when you do not recognize the service or website or if you have doubts about a service or website.  Privacy and protection of personal data is the responsibility of users of the service.
